a) Tour Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

 

b) Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We will provide price conversions for USD, EUROs and MUR if required

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.

  • Any additional fees (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) will be displayed at checkout.

 

c) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 72hrs) may not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
